The Language Workshop for Children’s Director/Founder François Thibaut has been offering his pioneering Thibaut Technique enriched immersion play method to teach French, Spanish, Italian and Mandarin Chinese to babies, toddlers and elementary grade children since 1973.   The LWFC believes that "children remember the words that make them happy," so our classes are filled with colorful, stimulating, and child-friendly action games and festive visual aids.  Other important tools are the LWFC Songs & More Workbook/CD sets (with 10-12 language-building songs) and LWFC Storybooks for ages 3+.  Both give students a means to assemble an inventory of vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar through original songs, interactive illustrations, and age-appropriate stories.
